• The HSES policy is applicable to all employee, client representative, subcontractors, suppliers and third parties involved in the operation. Compliance with the HSES policy is a condition of employment and the responsibility of each employee.
• The HSES policy addresses respect for the health of the individual and respect for the environment of safe and efficient operations.
• The Company provides training to all employees to operate in a safe and conducive manner.
• The company HSES policy is built on a “No blame” culture. We are more concerned with recognizing and minimizing risks and hazards than looking for scapegoats and culprits.
• If noticing an unsafe act, situation or hazard, an individual is expected to rectify the situation, report accordingly or if appropriate STOP the operation.
Also, DOMITEK INVESTMENT LIMITED organisation and relevant procedures, covering all the activities, have been set up and described in the corporate QA / QC Manual. The implementation and update of the QA / QC procedures are achieved by QA / QC plans, specifically developed for each project. They are regularly audited and monitored by continuous improvement to ensure that work is carried out in compliance with all applicable procedures.
